Investiture Ceremony

A great school strives to instil, develop and further hone essential life skills in its pupils. It is also one that identifies, moulds and shapes tomorrow’s citizens to blossom into much revered, responsible and reliable leaders.

Therefore, at AVRS, the Annual Investiture Ceremony is certainly one of the most awaited events. With great anticipation and enthusiasm, the entire teaching fraternity gathered at the impressive open-air auditorium to hand-hold each promising student leader into their life-long journey of duty, grit, determination, discipline and upholding of moral values.

The Investiture ceremony was conducted with great elegance and pomp. The elected Captains and Vice-Captains were extremely privileged as one of the integral members of the AVRS Management; respected Chairman Sir graciously administered the oath of office. Subsequently, the fountain of knowledge, the Principal of AVRS Poraiyur Branch proudly appointed the Captains for the academic year 2019-2020.

This prestigious event rightfully culminated with the entire school singing the National Anthem in unison, adding a sense of patriotism, fervour and immense conviction to the newly assigned roles.
